Men’s Personal Growth Weekend
Men’s Residential Personal Growth Weekend in North Carolina
Date: April 23 – 25, 2010
As a result of socialization about “what a real man is”, men in our culture have grown up without many opportunities to explore our inner feelings. We have a two dimensional view of what a man should be and have little chance to explore, our personal three dimensional reality.
This workshop will be a place for men, in a therapeutic setting, to explore and work through personal issues arising from our male experience. In addition to group process and interaction with other men, experienced facilitators will help us to access and heighten our personal core issues. Part of our focus will be the personal struggles in our male identity, certainly dealing with our roles as sons, fathers, husbands, lovers and workers.
