<p>The Contemporary Gestalt Institute of Cincinnati (CGI) presents a workshop for novice and seasoned therapists who seek to know a profound and powerful approach to working with couples.</p>
<p>This workshop will cover Gestalt theory as it relates to couples work, including an overview of:</p>
<ul>
<li>The Interactive Cycle</li>
<li>Awareness and Change</li>
<li>Resistances to Contact</li>
<li>Boundaries and Boundary Cultivation</li>
</ul>
<p>The Gestalt-specific practice working with couples will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Intervention with the Couple as a System</li>
<li>Review of Couples Work (video)</li>
<li>Discussion of Video</li>
<li>Opportunities for Practice</li>
</ul>
